We offer a vacation apartment for up to 7 people. An additional double room with a separate bathroom is available upon request.
The apartment is on the second floor of comfortable Austrian country home and about 92 sqm
(1000 sqft) in size. It features a spacious living room with a dining alcove, a traditional
Austrian woodburning stove and a south-facing balcony.
There are two double rooms each with its own bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a small bedroom attached to it that houses a bunkbed and a single bed. This is ideal for a couple with
up to three children. An additional half bathroom is avaible next to the living room.
The appartment features a fully equipped kitchen with the following ammenities:
Weekly cleaning and the final cleaning are included in the price.
We also invite our guest to use the garden and our wintergarden, which features a dining alcove.
The living room offers cable TV (with english, french, italian and german stations), a VCR, a DVD
player and a CD player. Guests are also welcome to use the Washing machine. We have parking
spaces on our property.
Central Location
Our house is situated in a quiet but very central location. The baroque city of Salzburg is reachable in 15 minutes by car and there are many lakes and attractions in immediate proximity of the house.
There are many opportunities for hiking, swimming, skiing,tennis and golf in nearby villages. Cultural events at museums, castles and hostorical locations make this region such a unique place to be.
