These prices include applicable sales taxes, but do not include local tourism tax ( € 1.-- per night and adult). For a stay of less than 5 nights we also charge a fee of € 45.-- for the final cleaning.
The minimum stay during the Christmas/New Years season is one week. During the other seasons the minimum stay is three days.
